A "crust" is a 14 mm thick fat-smeared rye bread slice, but also what is called the students at Skorpeskolen in Hellebæk. Had it not been for a group of older "crusts, this exciting project would never have seen the light of day. They raised money for the reconstruction of a bell tower on the school grounds, where the only thing left was an old ore bell, four large granite stones, which had served as a foundation and a picture of an older date. Jan Utzon, an older "crust", recreated some useful drawings we could build on, and we got a blacksmith to make the right fittings for the clock. Then our work could begin.
