When Rasmus Bjørn had been trained in N. A. Nielsen & Søn, his interest in the restoration of listed and worthy of preservation buildings was so great that he continued his education in the restoration education at the Center for Building Restoration in Odense. Four years later, Rasmus Bjørn returned as a teacher of window restoration and lacing of complicated roof constructions.
