In this project, we removed the parapets between the basement and living room windows to make room for new large shop windows. Bjørns Træværk og Restaurering was hired as main contractors in a close collaboration with LH Arkitekter in order to bring the house back to its original expression. Windows were made as copies of the originals. Parapets were re-established. All plaster was knocked down and the new facades were re-established based on old registrations with the time-typical color scale and refuge joints. Inside, new high filling panels were manufactured with the same profiling and design as the original ones.
